  1. I can decide whether to accept or decline commission or further revision.

  2. 50% upfront payment before wip/sketch.

  3. Prices is non-negotiable and is subject to extra charges depending on the complexity, tight deadline, revisions.

  4. STRICTLY no refund after wip or sketch is done.

  5. On the first interaction provide references, mood boards and extras as well as your email.

  6. One free revision is allowed, further revision require $20 charges per changes or more; depending on complexity. (unless mistakes were made)

  7. The resulting artwork is subject to the artist's copyright and use.

  8. Credit must be given to @chakoseki.

  9. 3rd party edit +10% of base price.

  10. Commercial use +50% of base price.*

  11. Breaking the TOS will result in non-compliance to further requests and ownership of the subject revoked.
